Return and Exchange Policy
- We are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, except for personalized items.
- If you need to return an item, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or there was a packing error.
- Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product should also be in its original packaging.
- If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please get in touch with us.
- When you contact us, please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For exchanges, we’ll send out the new item once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
